"all in all it was good, the chalet is very nice just the pool is nt as warm as expected and the way to the pool was slipy after snow fall since no one scattered the way to the piste is also a little bit longer as expceted the chalet has a lot of stuff and was very cosy"

"It was a nice stay for ski vacation. Cute wooden hause..Not far from ski resort. The host was very kind, check in was easy. The only thing we were missing was clean towels..we stayed there for 4days and only one big and one small towel for person is not enought, specially if we go to sauna or wirpool.."

Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, unsere Tochter sitzt im Rollstuhl, das war überhaupt kein Problem in der Wohnung. Eine Rampe hat einen barrierefreien Zugang zur Wohnung ermöglicht, ebenso gab es eine Rampe zur Terasse.Fünf Sterne für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder."

"One of the most beautiful cabins we've stayed in during our trip to Austria – just a short drive from Vienna. The cabin is fully equipped and feels just like home. The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen. The water is clean and pleasant to swim in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in time – make sure to confirm them the day before. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and highly recommended. "We are a family of four (2 boys; 15 & 13 years old) and we were looking for a nice, clean, original apartment / chalet near the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. All this we found at Dorfchalets Kaprun. On top of that, Nina was extremely helpful and anxious to give us the best service possible. Thank you so much for that! The chalet itself is nicely done and with perfectly enough space for all four of us. The bathroom was spacious and separating toilet from shower is a good move to reduce 'waiting...

"als Familiendomizil sehr zu empfehlen! Das Häuschen liegt super, in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Tipp: Öffnungszeiten dringend beachten, vorallem die Mittagspause... Wanderungen auch mit unseren kleinen (7 Monate und 4 Jahre) sehr gut möglich! Empfehlung Edelrautehütte inkl Scheibelsee! Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen (die erste total verregnet - durch das sehr gute Angebot - aber überhaupt kein Problem) und werden nächtes Jahr wieder Urlaub bei unseren sehr netten österreichischen Nachbarn machen. "This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and the hotel’s behavior was by far the worst part of it. I had to cancel my trip because of the war in the Middle East—something serious, dangerous, and completely outside of my control. Any reasonable business would show basic understanding in that situation. This hotel did the exact opposite. They flat-out refused to refund anything or offer even the smallest accommodation. No credit, no rescheduling, nothing. Just a cold, scripted response hiding behind “policy” with zero regard for safety or common sense. It honestly felt like they cared more about keeping my money than about treating customers fairly during a real-world crisis. While Expedia was also unhelpful and simply echoed the hotel’s stance, the hotel itself was the main problem. Their attitude was rigid, dismissive, and frankly greedy. Hospitality is supposed to involve at least some level of empathy—this place showed none. If this is how they treat customers during serious global events, I can’t imagine how they handle everyday issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: book at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, understanding, or even basic decency—you will likely just lose your money. "
