"This is a new property and mostly like a boutique hotel - just 5 geodesic domes (one room to each one). The staff, WHEN there is very attentive, but early morning, until about 9, no one, that we found, was there. we LOVED the location. Not on the beach, but by a pond/sometimes river. The rooms were fantastic. Bed comfortable but the sheets a bit low grade. Overall we would come back."
"This place is amazing. Sitting on the patio overlooking the bay and ocean is bliss. The interior is very comfortable and gave plenty of space for my family of four (two teenagers) to spread out. This was also easily the CLEANEST VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. A vey nice touch that cleaners came during our visit. The local hosts were incredibly kind and helpful to plan activities. They arranged for groceries to be delivered to the house upon our arrival - including homemade guacamole and ceviche....
"CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit."
"We went in the summer, super quiet and peaceful and safe. If you like something non commercial this is the place to go. Better if you like animals and speak a little Spanish. And most important bring cash money there are no ATM machines, Lagunita restaurant take credit cards. Very nice place😊"
"Don't be fooled by this property post. When I rented, the post stated I was renting an "entire" property that had a pool. Not at all the case. This property is an apartment complex with shared amenities. The unit itself is a studio with two or three other apartments above it. There were entire families staying in the units above during our entire stay. The pool was occupied on a daily basis with kids for the duration. Was a material mis-post. Aside from that, the unit itself is as...
"The good: gorgeous view, nice infinity pool, nice coffee shop 150ft from entrance,. . The bad: 1 bedroom unit in a dire need of remodeling. Not a beach property as advertised. Built on rocks In a hill side overlooking Yelapa bay. Run down furniture. 100ft steep crumbling stair way from public lane way - safety hazard. "

"Kareli from the main lobby’s bar was the highlight of our trip. She went above and beyond with her friendly service and made our stay special. The only complaint and disappointment was the lack of night life, for an adults only resort; we expected dancing or some sort of nightly entertainment."
