Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport

Worked out just fine

We used their park and fly special. The room we just fine. We weren’t there very long as we arrived late and flew out early the next morning. However, we had no problems. Everything went smooth. They parked our car for us when we arrived. The airport shuttle bus ran every 20 minutes and was on time, both for delivery and pick up. We left our vehicle there for 8 days. When we arrived back, they brought our vehicle right back to the lobby for us. They are close to the airport so the shuttle trip was short. Access to the hotel was easy. I would consider doing it again next time.

Very attractive and comfortable

Our hotel stay was a delight. I have had many unpleasant surprises staying at mid-level name brand hotels. Happily there were none here. The room was in new condition and the bed was comfortable. The room smelled clean and it was quiet. I would stay there again.

Not at all impresses with hidden charges

Checking into the hotel, they tried to sneak in that there was a $15. per night charge for parking the car. Which was $2 more than it cost me to rent it. I feel that charge should have been mentioned up front or somewhere on their website. Due to the fast it was all prepaid and non-refundable I didn’t have a choice but to pay the extra fees. Also the room had a very bad musty odor. Was very hard to go into it at first.

If you have to go and stay at this hotel. There is a parking garage across the street for only $9. per day.

Very Impressed

From the time I arrived at the hotel,by way of the hotel shuttle from Sea-Tac Airport, I was cordially greeted and made to feel welcome. They accommodated me when I asked to be moved to a different room for a better window view. The room was immaculate, bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Seattle area. The noise level of planes were very minimal.

Fun in Seattle

Close to the airport with a shuttle running all the time so waiting was minimal. There was also shuttle service to Southcenter Mall through an independent company. Wasn’t certain about the restaurant hours - it seemmmed random, but there are several places close by to walk. Friendly staff. The hotel layout is a bit confusing at first but you get the hang of it. Would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed staying here. Excellent service to and from the airport. A lovely room and pleasant staff. Also right on the bus route to the city.

good but prepared to get lost

Can’t beat the proximity to the airport but the hotel is huge and laid out in a myriad of different wings with only a couple elevators. I encountered several lost patrons wandering the hallways. Be prepared to carry your luggage for long distances. Not enough staff to handle adequately the amount of people checking in later that night - I think it was a cruise line accomodation.

we used the complimentary shuttle to Southcenter Mall for that evening’s entertainment but this shuttle is not operated by the hotel.

Very nice

It was great to go straight to a close hotel after our long flight. The shuttle took us straight to the door, our room was ready & front desk was very friendly. There are alot of eating places within short walking distance. We would stay here again.

We would return here again! Everyone was cordial & accomodating.

This hotel has it all - spacious rooms, cordial staff from check-in to check-out & reasonable prices. Everyone was helpful and we would certainly return again.

The free shuttle to the mall & to SEATAC airport are a definite plus this excellent hotel has to offer.

Doubletree is a corporation strives for customer satisfaction. I always enjoy the courteous staff and warm cookies upon arrival. However, during this particular stay, I experienced a heat wave and the corridors were uncomfortably hot.

Expensive lesson in Economics

A convention was being held in the only main floor passageway to our set of elevators. It was very inconvenient to have to "run the gauntlet" of the crowds in order to get through the lobby. Sometimes people refused to move so that we could manuver the passage while they chatted or bought merchandise from vendors set up in the passage way. Not impressed with hotel food with a hamburger costing $12.50!

We were staying at the hotel one night before leaving on a cruise the next day. We will stay closer to downtown since we had great difficulty with the Seattle Express concerning pick-up and scheduling.

Great Location/Service

Excellent location, can walk from AA terminal. Nice restaurant on site, many others near by. Same for bar service. Free internet service - great for checking in for flights, etc.

Wonderful Hotel

Ww have stayed at several Doubletree hotels and this one was very special. We felt we were in an elegant mountain lodge. We definetly would stay there on a return visit to Seattle.

To continue the above, extremely long walking from lobby to room. Few elevators. Bring corn to find your way back to the room.

Double Tree Seattle

This Hotel was great. From the pool area to the lounge and gift shop. The staff is courteous and professional. My only complaint is,I wish this hotel and many others, would STOP! nickel and diming us to death. STOP charging for parking!

This hotel is close to SEA-TAC. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel has limited dining, but the 13 Coins is excelent dining.

Perfect after a long day of work...

The Doubletree at SEA-TAC was a welcome retreat at the end of a long business day. I was greeted by a friendly staff, a warm cookie and a clean room. The beds were plush and more comfortable than my bed at home. I had a great view and delicious hamburger from their room service menu. The business center was very accessible. They have several workstations and printers (b/w and color) available for last minute print jobs. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

relaxing, wonderful hotel at SeaTac

This hotel reminds me of a tree house village. With multiple buildings the landscaping provides a relaxing, cozy atmosphere, despite it being a very large hotel. The food and service were excellent, the room spacious with a balcony overlooking the natural surroundings.

excellent beds

very good, large hotel, the second stay we had a 5 min walk to our rooms from the lobby. Other than that, everything else was great.

Perfect place to park and fly

Great bellhop service and front desk and the accommodations were very spacious and clean. Parking our car with the hotels stay and 10 day parking pass was economical and the extra parking days were reasonable.Definetly the place to stay.

Very relaxing

We checked in late, so our room was in the farthest wing from the frontdesk. That was okay as we had a good view of the lake from our balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we had lots of pillows. The room did have a small shower, but the shower head and water pressure was great. It was a very relaxing evening before a busy work day.

We will always stay there when we have to fly to Seattle.

This is a great hotel.

Probably better for a big meeting then just a routine 1 night before flying out early the next morni

Had to walk about 1/2 mile up and down elevators to get to our room hauling our luggage. The hotel is huge and we didn’t have a car. It would have been nice to be closer to the lobby. The room was nice. HOwever, there was a rhythmic pounding through our air conditioner vent stating about 3:00 am from the air conditioner. Nice to have a ride to the airport.

Great hotel

The Doubletree Hotel at the Seattle airport provided one of the most comfortable stays I have experience. The staff were super nice and helpful. I would not stay at any other hotel in Seattle. They are the best!!!!!!
