We liked the green space around the property. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The finish on the bathtub was worn through in spots with signs of rust. The faucet in the tub had a constant drip which was present when we arrived. On our second night, the tv and talking from the adjacent room were very loud and prevented us from a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and spacious. The only issue I had was that the strike plate on the door latch was missing, so it didn’t feel as safe as I would have liked. It latched, but not tightly. There was the safety lock, so it was ok, though. All in all, it was nice. I would stay there again.

The facility smells. It smells mold from the AC if I raise the temp a bit. Then, People argue next door in the middle of the night. I won’t go back.

A typical Motel 6 setup for the budget-conscious customer with additional equipment for long term stay (kitchenette, big fridge, microwave, basic set of dishes, etc). However, the bathroom looked like it needs to be remodeled soon (dripping faucet, not working sink plug, overall a bit worn out). Location is good - next to i5 and also next to the new light rail station that brings you to Seattle downtown very fast and w/o the constant traffic jam on i5.

Price is good. Floor was very sticky, bathroom was not well equipped and bathroom door didn’t work very well. Bed was okay, but one or two spots of blood on the blanket.

A reasonable place to stay before your final destination. The room was clean and quiet and came at a decent price. The main issue was that the AC was not working (displayed an error message and turned on and off repeatedly for hours) which was not great in a heat wave. Unfortunately this only became apparent to us after our baby was sleeping so we werent going to move rooms at that time. I am sure it would have been clear to any staff in the room that it wasnt working prior to check in so im not sure why the room was rented out in a heat wave.

It was a nice place for the money. The only thing was the refrigerator was not working properly and we could not make ice and the place doesn’t have a ice machine 😞
