The location was safe and closeish to Southcenter mall, and the AC worked great. The facilities were in pretty rough shape but the room was clean. The carpets and drapes looked extremely old and the tub had water trapped between the tub itself and the white part you stand on, which was concerning. The stay was pleasant otherwise and the staff was helpful.

Overall cleanliness was extremely subpar. 2 of the 3 lamps in the room did not work. Things were broken, the wall mirror was broken off the wall and just leaning against the wall. When we checked in it was very late. The bathroom lights did not turn on at all. The next morning I notified the front desk, they informed me I had to reset the breaker behind the coffee pot.

The rooms were spacious, the staff were excellent. The price was great and the location is convenient to the airport and about 20-30 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Only down side was that the facilities were a bit old, but the staff kept it clean. But a great price compared to other hotels in downtown or the immediate area.

The TV was poor with channels that barely worked and other that didn't work altogether. Hallways smelled like urine. The batteries in the safe were so corroded that acid was coming out of them. No offer to even replace them, just gave us batteries to do ourselves. Then the safe didn't work anyway
