Not Impressed

We checked in at 930pm on a Saturday evening only to find out that all of the restaurants and the bars in this hotel were already closed for the night and our only option for food was through room service. Was very disappointed that at least 1 of their many restaurants/bars were not open. When asked about Breakfast service for the next day, we we told that they had a great Sunday Brunch which opened at 9am. When we went down at 9am for Brunch, we arrived only to find out that Brunch really did not start till 9:30am and so we were told we would have to wait. No alternatives were given for Breakfast and we had a wedding to get to, so we left the hotel hungry. When we got up to our room Saturday night, the restroom was dirty. We found hairs in the tub, the bottle of lotion was 1/2 full, and there was a dirty bath towl next to the sink. We called the desk to complain and they guaranteed us that no one had been in that room for a few days. They did not offer to move us to another room or have someone come up and see what we were talking about. The bed was made and looked clean, so we stayed, but had a hard time sleeping. Overall, I have had better experiences at a much lower rate! I would not come back here if given the choice.

The Hotel is superb, but what made the stay enjoyable was the staff, friendly & courteous.

Can’t Complain

We stayed on the Club Level which was a very convenient luxury to have. All the staff that we spoke to or dealt with was very nice and most accomodating to any of our needs. The bed, however, was NOT comfortable. If you like sleeping on a brick then it’s okay but for me, it was a bit too hard. My only other complaint was that if you’re on the 5th floor apparently it’s a lot harder to get the room colder so the AC didn’t work well. It was very hot and stuffy in the room. We called to have them check the AC and maintenance response time was about 3 minutes! It looked like the AC was blowing cold air but the room just never got chilly.

Cant Wait to go Back

We have been to this hotel before and we were not dissapointed it was the same as we remembered clean comfortable and friendly efficient staff.I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Park Meadows mall is right on the doorstep lots and lots of shops.

Nice Place, Service So-So

We had booked a four night stay with a King bed. When we arrived, they had given our king bed to someone else and they only had queen beds available. The wife and I had hard time sleeping in small bed(No compensation). They switched us room the next day so we had to repack. The third morning we had a notice that we were checking out that day when we had reservations for another night. They messed up the reservation when we had to transfer rooms on the first day. We then had to transfer rooms again and again no compensation for their error. Nice place, Service needs improvement.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel had a beautiful view of the golf course, was very clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee each morning during our stay. We would love to stay there again!

Great Stay & Golf Was Awesome

We had a great time the couple of days we were in Denver, the hotel was great ans the staff were awesome. I was able to play golf at the coure at the hotel and the course was in great shape, plus the greens were awesome. I have already told some friend aboutt the place.

Fine Spot for Visit

I stayed here for two nights. The price was right, through Expedia. Valet service was free with the room, a plus. The 4th floor room was large, quiet and overlooked the golf putting range. I was surprised there was wine but no booze in the mini-bar. Colorado law? Also, no robe in the room, otherwise fine. The Happy hour at the Spotted Dog was busy and cheap. The appetizers at Baca were superb, and a nice selection of wine flights to try. Cuidado: If it’s not included with your room, the breakfast bar, nothing special, is $27! The service everywhere was smart and gracious. Note: This is in an exurb park with no nearby food, shops, etc.

Nice hotel for relaxing or business

I loved the Inverness. I received a good deal through Expedia. I am from a lower income family and so I kind of felt out of place amongst the suits and dress clothes, but otherwise really enjoyed my stay. I went swimming in the inside pool and it was a little dirty. Other than that, I loved every minute of my stay!! I will definitely check out this hotel again!!

Make sure you request a refrigerator if you are wanting one! I thought it was included in the room, but looked again and realized that it was only upon request!

Great stay in Denver

Staff was very friendly. Guest services were great! Local shuttle service was very good.

RTD light rail is a great way to go into downtown Denver. The hotel can even shuttle you back and forth to light rail station.

Vacation 2009

This place was the BEST! Fantastic service, friendly staff, and gorgeous building. We upgraded to the Club level at the last minute and were treated like royalty. This would be a great place for anyone looking for a quiet, great place to stay!

not a terrible place

The hotel itself is pretty nice. We have stayed in much nicer for the same price. The rooms were very small and and quite ordinary but clean. There is just nothing special about this place. The extra $10 a nite required for resort fee is quite questionable... Would recomend any of the newer chain hotels nearby over this disappointing place.

5 day stay

I wasn’t sure what to expect after some of the negative reviews, but it was absolutley great! I would stay here again. The only negative, if there were to be one, is that the lounges close down at 12:30 a.m. and we would have liked to be able to spend more time with our guests after a reception. We are used to closinbg the bars at 2a.m.in CA!

Outstanding service. Great Golf Course. Excellent Valet.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful. Great room service and valet service. Golf course was in perfect condition. Great location with easy access to IH25 and the light rail system to downtown areas including Coors Field and 16th Street Market area.

Very good place to stay

The Hotel one of the very good Hotels in the southern psrt of the Denver Metro area. It is beautifully located right at a golf course and very well maintained. I will characterize it as a luxury hotel.

Other than the Restaurants in the Hotel there are no eateries in walking distance.

Good value for money. Made a mess with bookings and bills but quickly resoled it. Food was overpriced and average.

It has it all!

Wonderful staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent gym, drinks and food in bar were great, good buffet breakfast.

Pretty Nice

We selected this resort to have a special place to stay for our son’s graduation from las school. We knew about the $10. daily resort fee, and paid it. However, we were not allowed on the driving range because we wore denim. Also, I booked a king bed, but they sent us to a queen room. Since it was 2 AM by the time we arrived we settled for that. A man knocked at our door at about 8:oo AM each morning to "check the mini-bar." Give me an Advil! What a pain. Then, the coffee pot leaked all over the counter. Other than those annoyances, it was a nice place with lovely grounds and golf course.

It was a lovely hotel but...

There were some issues and confusion about food since we were with a big group. The gift shop opened late and that was cause for concern.

Inverness Hotel

We were a little nervous about staying at this hotel since we booked it at the last minut and had never stayed there before. We were very pleased with the overall quality and ambiance of the hotel. Desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Extremely clean and up to date rooms. Great bed and pillows! Rooms were very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Service, Great Staff, Rooms could be Roomier

The only complaint that we had was that the rooms are a little bit smaller than you would expect of a hotel that size. The choice of restaurants was great and we stayed on the Club Floor so the breakfast and complimentary cocktails were very nice as well. We would definitely go back!
