Short stay-night.
Cool modern room. Very stylish and comfortable. I only stayed 1 night but the service was excellent and I had booked for and payed months in advance.
Take the hotel shuttle and not the airport one otherwise you have haul your luggage through the parking ramp up and down stairs which is not fun.

Room was clean and fresh. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. There was no airplane noise or fuel odor as I expected.

Tremendous service
I rarely compliment hotel staff due to the fact I expect good service as a demanding customer. This hotel raised the bar on staff friendliness. It will be my choice in the Dallas area going forward.

I would return.
The location is great and we thought we would heard airplane noises all night long, we didn’t. When we wanted to leave the hotel to go out and explore it was very easy. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet and you can catch a shuttle to any airport terminal from the hotel which made it very easy to check in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas/ Fortworth area.

I wish I had more time there--seriously
I had an overnight layover at DFW and staying there--even for about 7 hours--was awesome; great service, great room, great bed

Quick but Excellent stay!
The room I stayed in appeared to be very new in excellent condition. I bought the cheapest room I could and my bathroom offered a walk in shower. I was very impressed! Oh yes and the room service food is delicious!

A Decent Hotel
The rooms were very nice. The hotel had all the amenitys on site which was nice, but the bars and restaurant were a little on the pricey side.

AC and noise control are problems
The hotel room itself was nice and bed was comfortable. However, it was FREEZING in there, and the AC control did not work. Our attempts to get the staff to help us resolve this did not work. Also, there were many noisy people around, and there was no mechanism to turn on a fan in order to drown out the noise.

Enjoyed stay
This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the sports bar. Having the flights and departures in the lobby was helpful.

Nice, but isolated
A good three star hotel, very convenient to the airport. However, it is difficult and expensive to do anything away from the hotel, even to go for a walk or a run. I would come back if I had a late arriving and early departing flight but not a place to hang out.

Hotel shuttle is not reliable from hotel
You should make sure if you need a shuttle back after your arrival to the hotel, that you have the number, and ask for transportation. We called from the airport, the operator told us to wait in the shuttle pick up area, and they should be there, but after 30 minutes, no shuttle. But every other shuttle from every other hotel stopped by. I finally called the hotel, and they were going to send a shuttle, but a taxi driver who had seen us waiting for over an hour, took pity on us and took us to the hotel. Hotel upgraded our room for compensation, but would have much rather they gave us a free meal since the food is super expensive. I will not stay here again.

Forget about using the Internet
Internet service (for which they charged a substantial daily fee) was completely unreliable--from the room, from the lobby, on both of two computers. It would disconnect every few seconds and often couldn’t reconnect despite numerous retries. All they did was shrug.

Great Place to stay if you have to overnight at DFW
We had a short stay on our outbound and return from Belize. The pick-up van was prompt and Check-in was very quick. Since we only had about 5 hours to sleep, this was much apprecicated. Wake-up call was prompt and personal. They even followed up with a call in 10 minutes to make sure we had not gone back to sleep. The rooms were quiet and very clean. Some of the best hotel beds I have ever had.
