CHARGED DOUBLE... NOT IMPRESSED:(
I was thrilled with the quality of the hotel. HOWEVER, upon check out, when I PURPOSELY went to check out due to my bill showing a charge for the room to MAKE SURE I was not being charged TWICE (after room was fully paid for through Expedia), not only was I REASSURED I wasn’t going to be billed and left the hotel... they CHARGED ME OVER 100.00 more! I would not have known, had it not been for the fact that i checked my bank account 3 days later, and upon calling back and then waiting for accounting to call me back.... they refunded my money... DAYS LATER... ridiculous and sadly wont make me want to recommend the place due to not trusting the gal at the counter sunday morning.

Great Hotel!!
This was an extremely nice hotel!! I will be staying there again in the future. Great room, very nice people working, and pool was excellent!

Hotel Needs Free Internet Access
This is a great hotel. One and only bad thing about this hotel is that you still have to pay for internet access....shoot I have stayed at a Motel that had free access

Resort
I’m not sure I would consider this hotel a "resort". It was very nice, the staff was very friendly, the decor was beautiful, the rooms were very nice, but it just felt more like a very nice hotel rather than a resort. I was expecting more of a resort style pool similar to the Westin La Cantera in San Antonio. But instead it was just a plain vanilla pool with not much landscaping. But overall we were pleased with our stay. The golf course however was not in good shape while we were there.

Disappointed in service
My husband and I have stayed at this location before and had a wonderful experience. However this stay was less than that. The room was great, but the service at the pool and at breakfast the next day was aweful. My husband had to go and get drinks for us at the pool. Breakfast no one waited on us i.e. water, juice, coffee. They were understaffed.

Would definitely go back!
Went for a weekend to unwind, staff was extremely friendly, some of the best service I have had. The pool area was beautiful with large comfortable lounge chairs. Great shopping area and restruants nearby. Highly recommend, and we are particular about the hotels we stay in.

Great places to eat at the Shops at Legacy, several choices, one of our favorites is the Taco Diner, authentic food, the best guacamole I have ever had, great service, name does not do it justice, it is a nice place to dine inside or out.

Verrry Nice
At first we felt out of place, just because we feel like we are not upper class, but the staff made us feel like we were!! After staying there, I would love to stay there again!!! It was the nicest place we had ever stayed!!

Romantic Getaway
My husband and I wanted just a nice romantic getaway for Valentine’s and for his birthday, so we chose the Stonebriar Westin. It could not have been any better. He loved the big screen TV with HD. I loved the heavenly bed and our view of the golf course. We had a romantic dinner in the hotel at the Legacy Grill. It was elegant and delicious. It was a perfect weekend!

The Stonebriar Westin is close to the North Dallas Tollway and the George W. Bush Freeway, so you can get anywhere quickly. The downtown shops of McKinney make great unique shopping and hop on the Tollway and go to the Galleria area.

Westin hotel-Great stay!
We chose the Westin for our stay this past holiday. Everyone at the front entrance lobby is extremely friendly and very helpful. We wanted to move to a room a little closer to the elevator and they were happy to accomodate us. (At 25% capacity then, so they had plenty of rooms.) The price of the room was very reasonable! And, the hotel is dog-friendly, so we could take our little dog with us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Frisco. (One minor complaint: not enough parking for guests not using valet.)

Frequent Guest
This is a beautiful hotel with great service. My family stays reguarly. The rooms are very comfortable and all the the amenities are fabulous. Don’t miss the Shoppes at Legacy for shopping and dining, the hotel will shuttle you. Stonebriar Mall and Rough Riders minor league baseball close by. Great pool for kids.

Lovely hotel and resort I would visit again
The service provided at this hotel was wonderful! The food was also very good. My room was spacious, and had everything I needed. I enjoyed several meals on the restaurant terrace overlooking the heated pool and garden area. They couldn’t have made those meals any better.

We only had an hour to run an errand at the nearby mall. The hotel provided a shuttle in both directions, and was very convenient.

Great Hotel!
I was very pleased with our stay at the Westin Stonebriar Resort. The staff is exceptional and the room exceeded our expectations. This is definitely the place we will stay on future visits. Well worth the extra dollars.

The Hotel Staff was wonderful. The front desk staff ordered a surpise wedding anniversary cake 4 us
The stay at the westin stonebriar was unforgetable. I espically likd the fact the resort was smoke free. the room was very clean and private.
