Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

The hotel seems to have a $20 food alottment for you each day and if you don’t go over it you don’t pay for the food there. Wish we would have known, we would have taken more advantage.

Great Hotel, Great Service

The hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. I stayed in the room across from the elevators so it was a little noisy. But other than that the hotel is great, very centralized, clean and the continental breakfast was really great.

Comfortable space

"Overall very good. The air system in the room was not working properly, very "stuffy". Also the layout for the bathroom door is awkward at best, and the bathroom needs better lighting. Our daughters were in a different room and their LCD TV "buzzed" very loud.

Everything was first class. Slight problem closing the bathroom door was our only problem. Staff was courteous and responsive. Will stay there again.

Return every year

My sister and I stay here every year around Christmas to do shopping and then we wrap our presents in the room so we don’t have children looking over our shoulder. The rooms aren’t your standard room, they are large with a sofa, table & desk, beds are comfy and the staff is always very willing to help.

Very convienent location

Great hotel in a great location, right next to the Park Meadows mall. When we checked in, they didn’t have confirmation of the $20 food and beverage credit but honored it with no questions asked. Great service provided, brought us an infant bed within the first hour of checking in. Only negatives were there was hair in the tub and the pool & pool room was too cold (no hot tub). Otherwise the room set up was great, comfortable bed and nice amenitites.

The cheescake factory is located in the mall less than a mile away. Great food!

Truly top notch for the price range!

For the price you can’t beat this hotel. It was amazingly convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to main roads and interstates for traveling about town. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The recent remodel was very tastefully done though they didn’t do much in the shower area. The only negative is the continental breakfast was sparce. Hampton Inn has a better one. You can pay and order breakfast though and it looked great. It wasn’t the Four Seasons but all in all we couldn’t have been more pleased.

The hotel address will not show up on GPS as of October. The hotel knows this and can give excellent directions from the airport. If you search Park Meadows mall on your GPS and follow those directions from the airport you can easily find the hotel from there.

Outstanding!

This place is brand spanking new. It is so clean. It put a smile on my face as I first walked into the room. The decor was very modern. Some amenities we liked were the sitting area with a nice long comfortable couch, a desk and a bar area with small sink and fridge. However, the very best part of the room was the huge LCD flat screen TV. The TV is on a swivel so you can turn it towards the bedroom side or towards the sitting area side. Very nice! The continental breakfast in the morning was above par. Try the yogurt - very delicious. I will definitely remember this chain for future bookings!

Check out Hacienda Colorado for a wonderful mexican dining experience. It is within a couple miles of the hotel. The front desk printed a mapquest map for us so we found it easily. A local recommended this restaurant and we had the fajitas and margaritas - all very good!

Would love to go back

From checkin to checkout, we had a positive experience. It appeared the the remodel of 2007 really focused on making the stay enjoyable. First of all, everything was clean - a big deal to me! Granite was used in the lobby, for the bathroom counter and on the wet bar, so that was a plus for me. Granite looks great and made it feel like home. My husband and I both loved the bed, which is amazing. Down pillows, a relatively soft mattress, and clean, crisp, white bedding made the King bed very comfortable. We also loved the swivel feature on the large screen plasma TV. We could sit on the couch and watch TV and then swivel the TV to face the bed. The WiFi was convenient and easy to use with our laptop. The continental breakfast along with the food and beverage credit offered online when we booked the room made the stay even more affordable. Plus, as a coffee drinker, it was so pleasant to wake up to Starbucks coffee as part of the continental breakfast. The hotel also has a heated pool and workout center, but unfortunately we did not have time to use the facilities. Our cordless phone did not work and the staff was quick to investigate and get a replacement. It has been a very long time since I’ve been so pleased with a hotel. The three star rating on Expedia is all that and even more in my opinion. The hotel is much better than average and is an excellent value for what you get. I would love to go back sometime.

Best hotel concept for price

This chain is my new favorite "budget" hotel. Plasma TV’s and couches in each room. Very spacious and well worth the money.

Bed was to DIE for!!

Had a great time! separate living area was perfect idea! TV was great! Bed was so comfy and CLEAN. Bathrooms need to be remodeled as well, but hey, cant have everything! Most of the employees were great, except the guy that checked us out of our room, quite snotty.

Nice place to stay, easy to find and alot of shopping areas around. Breakfast was good and clean area to dine. I will come back again if rates stay within reason.

Great stop over before heading to the Rockies

My family spent an extra day in Denver area before meeting in the Rockies for a family reunion. The hotel was accommodating and had a nice breakfast and meeting area. The hotel was bustling and the staff was friendly.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Don’t bring too much luggage in the room if you are using the pull-out sofa. Not too much room to move around. Otherwise it was a great stay.
