good location
The hotel is near park meadows mall and several eating places. Easy to find; right off I 25. the hotel was everything we needed except for a microwave.

The hotel is nice, but the service is not.
We stayed over the christmas holiday. The hotel was fine for a place to sleep. However, our room was not cleaned at any point during our four day stay. I understand that they were understaffed on christmas day... but for four days? I saw maids cleaning other rooms. On the third morning i asked the front desk to please make sure my room was cleaned as i left for the day. It did not get done. However, the food service is a major plus, especially over the hoilday when many other places are closed.

Perfect for holiday shopping at the Mall
This was our first stay in a Hyatt Place brand hotel. We really liked the contemporary feel of the hotel, and were impressed by the many self-help features such as kiosk check-in, ordering breakfast from a PC terminal, etc. The front desk staff could not have been nicer! They’ll help with anything you don’t want to do automatically, and they were very welcoming and professional. Rooms were nice. Large flat screen TV was a plus. Very modern hotel w/great technology throughout. Pool is nice, too, though no jacuzzi available.

Great Stay
Great Service and perfect location for shopping and seeing Denver Arts. Lots of fine dining close by and the room was spacious and warm after a day of holiday shopping! Will definitely go back!

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The hotel seems to have a $20 food alottment for you each day and if you don’t go over it you don’t pay for the food there. Wish we would have known, we would have taken more advantage.

Great Hotel, Great Service
The hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. I stayed in the room across from the elevators so it was a little noisy. But other than that the hotel is great, very centralized, clean and the continental breakfast was really great.

Comfortable space
"Overall very good. The air system in the room was not working properly, very "stuffy". Also the layout for the bathroom door is awkward at best, and the bathroom needs better lighting. Our daughters were in a different room and their LCD TV "buzzed" very loud.

Excellent all around
Everything was first class. Slight problem closing the bathroom door was our only problem. Staff was courteous and responsive. Will stay there again.

Return every year
My sister and I stay here every year around Christmas to do shopping and then we wrap our presents in the room so we don’t have children looking over our shoulder. The rooms aren’t your standard room, they are large with a sofa, table & desk, beds are comfy and the staff is always very willing to help.

Park Meadows Mall is close and this location is right off the highway and near light rail.

Very convienent location
Great hotel in a great location, right next to the Park Meadows mall. When we checked in, they didn’t have confirmation of the $20 food and beverage credit but honored it with no questions asked. Great service provided, brought us an infant bed within the first hour of checking in. Only negatives were there was hair in the tub and the pool & pool room was too cold (no hot tub). Otherwise the room set up was great, comfortable bed and nice amenitites.

The cheescake factory is located in the mall less than a mile away. Great food!
