We did not have a food experience with the physical condition of the rooms in this hotel. We had to change rooms twice- the first room didn’t have a functional working safety lock on the door and the tv didn’t work, the second room didn’t have working air conditioning, so they moved us to a third room (which had a sewer smell in it but we were tired of changing rooms so we stayed). The staff, however, was very nice.

This place was perfect for a couple to spend few days in the city. Location cannot be beat- you are close to downtown and being in Old Montréal steps from all the dining and shopping. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy robes, high ceilings. Could have had a better shower head/water pressure. Through Expedia and it being still the off-season got a v good deal. Maybe if we paid full price/during peak season would have expected more from the breakfast, but felt like for what we paid/our needs, breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Friendly staff.

Tallest ceilings and windows in the room I’ve ever experienced! This is a pretty quirky hotel, you’ll always have some interesting art to look at. Location was great and there’s plenty of parking options nearby. They also held our bags before our room was ready so we could explore the city unhindered

Staying here was a wonderful experience, like living in an art gallery. The staff were all attentive and had positive, helpful personalities. In particular, Paul at the front desk was very helpful and each day loved to hear how our day's adventures went. This is an excellent, beautiful hotel staffed by kind, happy staff.
