Not Wonderful

POOR SERVICE
We choose this hotel because it offered long term parking. When we returned, 4 days later, we could not get an answer when we phoned from the airport. We tried 3 different phone numbers, their 800 number, their local number and the direct phone connection on the airport hotel directory. No response on any of these. the phone just rang and rang...20-30 times. we kept trying over a 15-20 minute period and eventually had to give up and get a cab....$28 +tip = $33. When we went into the hotel to report the problem, the girl at the desk just shrugged and said that she had been there the whole time. NOT !!! We returned Friday, Nov 14 at about noon.

Not impressed
For just a room overnight until a flight in the morning was okay but not impressed for an extended stay. The breakfast selection was substandard compared to the Super 8 in Kalispell MT and other Hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. Also the pluming was an issue, the tub faucet was leaking, they had to shut off the hot water in the morning for some repairs.

Okay for a cheap hotel for a bed to sleep for one night.

Wouldn’t stay there again
Complete building reeks of smoke. Rooms are supposed to be smoke free, but hallways are not.

Park and Fly
We stayed at the hotel for the park and fly feature - had a wake up call at 4:40 am and the shuttle was ready to roll at 5:15 am. Shuttle driver did not show up for work so the front desk lady loaded up all airport passengers in the van and still had us to the airport in time. When we arrived home - the shuttle was there to pick us in within 15 min.

Our plane got in very late so we stay here. An old hotel but clean.

You get what you pay
If you are not fussy about amenities and just want a place to lay your head, the hotel is fine. It was clean easy to get to from the interstate.

Would use them again when we fly out of Spokane, WA
That they have a place to leave our car when we fly is a great plus. We thought the staff was very freindly.

Slightly better than grungy, no towels in room,hideous roll away
This may be near the airport, but unless you are desperate try something else. Poor value for the cost. Everything seemed grungy.

Convienient comfortable location
We stay here frequently as we have a long drive home when we fly in to Spokane and it is not fancy but the staff is great, it is very comfortable and clean and we have always been satisfied with them. We recommend it.

I want fitted sheets!
Our room was no frills, but clean. The bed was not particularly comfortable. But what bothered me most was not having a fitted sheet on the mattress. I slept like I was in traction all night, worried that if I moved too much the sheet would move and I’d wake up directly on the mattress. My fears were realized. Other than that, the room was fine. But if you plan to stay there, ask for a fitted sheet (something I never would have guessed I would have to ask for).
