The entire staff made sure that during our staying (21 days) we felt comfortable. This place has a lush beautiful garden that seems like an oasis in middle of nearby busy adjacent streets. I’ll definitely stay at Novo Hotel in my next visit to El Salvador!

Very nice hotel, I'm very impressed for this property that can allow a group of family in a whole room, food at their beautiful restaurant was delicious and the people there very nicely and respectful ,the hotel shows cleanest everywhere, I definitely will recommend this place, and the price can fits any budget, front desk was great and easy, thanks to all that excellent workers in the hotels

Highly recommend this fine establishment!

Everyone here was so wonderful and helpful! The entire staff is there to help you with your needs. Hugo, particularly seemed like he was there 24/7 to help the guests. We also got a ride from the airport to the hotel from Luis. He was great and very helpful. There is one restaurant at the hotel which we didn't love, but there are others that are delicious that were just a walk or Uber away. The hotel was beautiful, the pool was cleaner than clean, and the staff was so friendly. Highly recommend!
