“Air conditioner was mounted to the window frame extremely noisy all night. Management blamed expeida for not having the room we paid for and finally moved us out of a first floor half underground room to second floor room which was still not what we reserved. After checking out we recieved an charge on our creditcard for a $500 smoking fee. No proof no explanation apparently a claim because of reservation dispute. Defiantly not a family hotel more a no tell hotel for business trips.”

“The room is very clean, the front desk girl Sarah (i hope i remembered her name correctly) is very helpful. During my stay i was sick she help me to find hospital for treatments. ”

“Stayed here for a few nights and honestly had a really solid experience overall. The staff was super chill and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, AC worked great, and the bed was actually comfy which is rare sometimes in other hotels lol. Location was clutch too — close to food supermarkets and easy to get around without stressing about transportation.”
