Good location with a short cab ride to the airport and the town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation a little tired but overall a good hotel.
The hotel is nice and clean. The room we have is small but has everything we require. We like that there is a coffee maker in the room. The food in the restaurant is good.
The staff were very helpful and kind. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport for a small fee.
The hotel room was clean and cozy, would highly recommend. It was a little more than an hour walk from Romerberg Frankfurt Main to the hotel.
Everything was fantastic even the noise from the woman next door who clearly had multiple sex partners in one go as she was moaning loudly for over an hour
A good stay and within a reasonable drive of Frankfurt Messe. Parking is a bit expensive at EUR 15.00 when they have so much space, but it is convenient.
The bar is excellent.

The hotel shuttle information is not accurate. We emailed the hotel to book our shuttle. We were informed to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport. The number at the airport on the shuttle bus stop is incorrect. I emailed the hotel again and no one responded. We called three different numbers for the hotel that was given to use from the airport, other shuttle bus companies and information desk and no one answered the phone. Wasted so much time. We UBERED to the hotel and informed the front desk staff of the horrible communication and inaccurate customer information and all they did was check the phone to see if the ringer was on, off or needed to be turned up in volume. We asked to be compensated for our time and UBER transfer, they said they could not. We will never book again with this hotel. Poor customer service and the carpets in the rooms are dirty, stained and walls were filthy. Buyer beware of this hotel.
