“Very clean room. The best rain shower I’ve ever had. Staff were polite and made arrangements for transportation to the airport. The elevator was broken on the day we left, so had to drag our heavy luggage down the stairs. But it’s understandable in an older building. Overall a positive stay. ”

“Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. Area is ideal 5 mins from Spanish steps there are shops restaurants and a supermarket on the street which is handy. Only issue we had was the……

“Expérience très désagréable, ce n’est même pas un hôtel, mais de vieux appartements séparés en chambre (méfiez vous des images, quand je me suis plains du bruit, l’agent d’hôtel me dit que j’étais dans la meilleure chambre de « l’hôtel » et de façon agressive). Très bruyant (6h du matin je me fais réveiller par un agent de l’hôtel qui rentre dans une chambre à côté qui sert de toilettes), personnel peu chaleureux (sauf la femme de ménage très sympa). “The hotel was newly refurbished although construction was still ongoing in some areas during our stay. Our room was clean, modern and felt brand new but there was an odd smell in the room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit.”

“Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Excellent rooms, nice and modern! The breakfast was good and the bar area was lovely. Great drinks and free little snacks with them. Nice to go out for the day and come back in the afternoon for a drink at the bar and we sat outside when it was nice and warm. Staff was helpful and friendly and overall the hotel was very good”
