“Rooms were clean and as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good communication and instructions. Location is very central and walking distance to many major attractions. At night you can hear the bars and crowd downstairs but it wasn't too loud. Just shut your windows and it's fine. The Wi-Fi left something to be desired as it frequently dropped completely for hours at a time.”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Piccola Navona Roof Garden. The location was perfect for exploring Rome on foot, just a couple of minutes from Campo de’ Fiori and very close to Piazza Navona. I arrived much earlier than normal check-in time (intending for them hold my bag for a few hours, which they had said they could do) and was so pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready. The room itself was adorable, bed and pillows so comfy, the view was lovely, and there was a handwritten……

“Our room was air conditioned but small. The washroom had no soap, shampoo or body cream. There is no staff there at all. The “breakfast” is stale cake or packaged cookies. Location is great but that’s about it.”

“Great location, comfy bed, nice and clean. Great restaurant (called est) right outside the door on the street which was so good that we dined there twice. We also ate in for breakfast and a couple of small meals but we didn't have the basics that we would have appreciated like a shaker of salt, there was only a serrated knife that made cutting a bit clumsy. Bad hair because there were little botles of shampoo but no conditioner. I almost bought some but it was our last stop. wifi worked……

“I would not recommend this hotel. The only real positive was the location, but everything else about the stay was extremely disappointing. Communication before arrival was poor. The person I dealt with on WhatsApp was very unresponsive, and I was told registration links had been sent beforehand when they had not been. This made the check-in process more stressful than it needed to be. When I arrived at the property, there was no one at the check-in desk, so there was no clear support or……

“The room was very nice and we're met there by the friendly staff. The location is central to everything and allows walking to all the important sights. One serious downfall to the location was that it was incredibly noisy with police sirens, drunk people and car alarms going off until about 3am, so bring earplugs if looking for a good night's sleep, though the shutters kept the light out very well. The bathroom doors also were quite see through, potentially making things a little awkward.”
