“The hotel itself is really cute and the rooms in the main hotel are small but are average sized for a boutique hotel in Italy. We booked 3 rooms in the annex building. During check in they moved my elderly parents to the main building so they would have easy access to the elevator, no additional cost. My parents could not have done the annex building. “Great location with an easy walk to all major attractions. However, the air conditioning was insufficient. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and the AC in the room brought the temp in the room down to 80…maybe. They brought in a repairman to attempt to fix it,but it didn’t make a difference. We spent three nights of fitful sleep there. I wish we had moved to another hotel after the first miserable night. “The room was very nice and we're met there by the friendly staff. The location is central to everything and allows walking to all the important sights. One serious downfall to the location was that it was incredibly noisy with police sirens, drunk people and car alarms going off until about 3am, so bring earplugs if looking for a good night's sleep, though the shutters kept the light out very well. The bathroom doors also were quite see through, potentially making things a little awkward.”
