Staff was very friendly and the area was very nice. Outside of the main attractions, yet still a lively area. The balcony was delightful! 7ish minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which we found to be the easiest way to get around in Rome and easy to navigate.

Essentially three things: Well placed. A bus ride from the real centre of Rome and also in a cool area full of restaurants and shops Good value for money. Basic but with all needs cared for. Rooms are spacious and well looked after. Extremely efficient and caring staff. The extra that makes the place excellent!

Excellent hotel overall. Room was spacious and clean. Great location, walking distance or short Uber ride to key tourist sites. Great restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff, particularly Kunan and Nini ,,,, they go out of the way to help. Very nice breakfast. I would highly recommend.

A great space to stay, the staff were kind and accommodating, rooms were clean and spacious. A beautiful neighbourhood to stay while exploring the city. We will definitely be back!

The property was excellent. Big clean rooms with a great bathroom and a huge shower. A large balcony with tables and chairs to have a late afternoon drink. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

Terrace is nice, staff super nice, friendly and helpful. At first I was shocked and regretted it, but later I was satisfied. Nice pizzaria Romeo right next to the hotel, also Mcdonald is next to it.

Nice rooms with balconies in a great location right beside Testaccio Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t take the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall I would say it’s great value but it can be a little noisy. Ask for a room away from the breakfast area if possible.

We had a wonderful stay! Very friendly staff. Alfredo was great and accomidating to our requests. The neighborhood and surrounding areas were quite safe and non conjested. We ate at some nice restaurants nearby. The Mecado Testaccio was just around the corner. There's something there for everyone! Thank you for the great experience! We highly recommend your hotel!!

We moved the neighborhood. Walkable to many attractions or a very short cab/bus away. Less touristy than other parts of Rome we saw. Next door to a large market with lots of small restaurants, shops and stands. Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Staff was amazing and very welcoming to guests. As first time visitors to Italy it was very appreciated. I looking around Rome I found the price of the Bob W to be very reasonable compared to other locations. If you want a traditional hotel with fully restaurant, pool, doorman etc - this is not your spot. But for a wonderful neighborhood and desire for clean, friendly place to stay that doesn’t feel like a chain hotel - this is your spot.

The hotel really is for people travelling with pets. And the location is perhaps in the historic area but on the very edge. It is on a very busy Main Street. Lots of traffic. The hotel itself is great! The location and the pets … is something that you really need to think about. Staff great. Clean. Ac was good.

Employees went out of their way to make us feel welcome, everything was clean and organised with care Not really an issue but something to keep in mind: if you need your room cleaned you have to explicitly ask for it. A lovely place with lovely people in general!

Enjoyed our stay, while it’s a little out of the way from the centre of the city, it’s in a quieter part, and easily accessible to transit. The self check in is fairly easy, the app is fairly easy to use. Only hiccup is we didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included, for €30 for 2 people, it should be a little better. The value for the room is good, the size is bigger than some of the older hotels in the city and more modern. The staff inside was helpful with getting us a taxi to the airport, they made us feel welcome on our visit. I’d recommend this place if you like a quieter area in the evening, less hectic start to your day.

On arrival the staff were waiting and very helpful. Was slightly concerned with area having alot of Graffiti. But every restaurant local was amazing. The staff were so helpful we ordered taxi's each morning from reception only waiting 5 minutes. Wherever we headed Coloseum Vatican City Trevi Fountain .All only 15 minutes in the taxi's. Again thank you for our wonderful stay. We loved Rome!!

Bob is a Lyft ride away about 15 mins from most of Rome and about 20-25 euro a ride. For the train it’s like a 15-18 min walk and I decided not to do that. The staff were really nice, speak English well and very helpful anytime I needed anything. The room balcony was nice overlooking the street area with the European style black out shutters. I never watched the tv there but the room was very clean and the bathroom was well kept, very spacious for me. I didn’t like the bed or the pillows it was quite firm and I need to soft to sleep on so I didn’t sleep well. I got sick my last two days there which sucked so I rested.
