“The lady at the front desk was lovely. It was great that they had a small elevator to get upstairs so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up. The soaker tub in the room was a plus, we used it to soak our legs after tons of walking in Rome. Convenient location being very close to the Colosseum. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. “My wife and I had never been to Rome. This location, great! The breakfast, amazing as previously reviewed before we booked. The best fresh squeezed orange juice and a great room/deck for breakfast. Probably one of the nicest ones we had in our 2 week Italy trip. The rooms, clean but nothing fancy. Very close to the Colosseum and great restaurants. Like:
- The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons
- Toilet was ok sized
- Room size was pretty sizable too
- The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat
- bar up at roof was reasonably priced too
- close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk
Did not like:
- hotel is a bit dated interior
- the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall
- a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……
