“It might have had a lick of paint since most of the online photos were taken, but it doesn't look as though its been cleaned much since then.
Very dusty and dirty in both the rooms and the bathroom. With regards to cleaning, i'd say the bare minimum has been done. You can usually tell from the corners of the room and especially the cupboard, which was quite dirty and could have been in the same condition since any renovations. Musty smell throughout too.

“Lovely hotel in quiet location overlooking the estuary. Fab bathroom with large tub. Excellent view from my room. Lovely breakfast with great choice of food. It's a shame they don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options in Barmouth centre just 10 minutes walk away though you will have an uphill walk back. Really enjoyed my stay. ”

“All of us loved the property and location, which is surrounded by green hills. Great morning break fast with Crossants, Muffin etc. We had a great time. Always good to be away from very busy area.
Scope to improvements: Better child bed, more coffee/tea/sugar probably with milk small packet in the inside room. ”
