"The hall started as a wealthy family home, then a childrens home for Dr Barnado and then a school. It is a bit quirky, with some of the original features, so if the dull souless hotel chain type of Hotel is your thing - stay there located next to a motorway! Unfortunatly, we missed our swimming spot as we were stuck in traffic going around Birmingham. The Hotel provided us with full information about the facilities on offer- the bar was being re-furbished but we could order drinks by whatsapping the manager - easy! Beakfast was full English and well cooked. The grounds are lovely - staff very friendly. Overall we enjoyed it!…"

"So I booked a birthday pampering night and came across Genting Hotel in my search. I am so so pleased that I picked this hotel. My birthday has literally been a blast. Arrived at the hotel, with my VIP parking included. Car park very secure and within a minutes walk from the lifts. Was greeted at reception by Samantha who informed me of literally everything.
