Hotel located in ideal position in town and close to seafront. Little awkward to find particularly the carpark! Pleasant reception staff. The only drawback is the hotel has a huge Sports Bar which is open plan into reception. The upgraded room looking onto main road was roomy and comfortable. In the middle of town but easy parking. I had to (wet) shave with cold water. There is some parking at front, but it restricted times etc .the hotel was nice and cosy, a bit dated, but everything functioned. We stayed at the back, and was fairly quiet there at night, not so sure about the front..? Warm cosy bed , very helpful friendly staff,.. AND the crown jewel was the full breakfast, 110% !!, set us up for the day, would recommend the place as also easy to walk around & plenty of places to eat & drink. Very efficient and she upsokd the restaurant for lunch while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was small but that's normal for UK. Love the fact that there is nothing level at the hotel.
