“We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). “The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return.”

Parking can be tricky but in four nights we managed to find a spot without too much trouble, just expect to park several blocks away for an unrestricted spot. "The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
