When we first checked in, our room had an immediate and strong moldy odor. Looked in the bathroom and there appeared to be mold on the caulk in the shower. Told the front desk promptly and was moved to another room. Staff was very helpful. New room was good but we did find a large pine bug on one of the beds. Later we were in the pool area and there was hair and other debris floating in the hot tub. We have stayed at this property in the past and have always liked how clean and reasonably priced the rooms were. The cleanliness has gone downhill from last year im sad to say.
