“旅館位在Trindade地鐵站走路約10分鐘的距離，但是主要景點集中區域都是步行可到達的距離，前往景點完全沒有搭乘到地鐵。周圍沒有太多餐廳，但是走到聖卡特琳娜街之後就會有非常多選擇，這裡也是相當熱鬧的購物街區。 預定的是雙人床房型有獨立衛浴、空調和對外窗，空間不大但是乾淨且安靜。飯店附歐式早餐但可選擇性不多。公共區域有餐廳、廚房和戶外庭院。旅館也可代為洗衣，一次費用10歐元。接待人員在我入住時非常熱心的帶我認識所有的設施，推薦我必去的景點，還有免費的walk tour可以讓住客報名。整體上，我對於住在這裡的體驗感到滿意。”

“24H的櫃台人員都非常親切，原本看先前的評價有點擔心老屋的房間或抽風系統會有異味問題，但入住後很放心，感覺得出來飯店很認真做改善，冷氣和浴室都有翻新，每天的清潔服務也都很乾淨，會固定補飲用水。大房格局很好，有個露天陽台可邊喝酒邊看夕陽，住起來很舒服。 飯店樓下就是藥局和公園，再走幾步就有超市和自助洗衣，距離餐廳和市區大約是步行10\~15分鐘的路程，機能非常完善。每天出門前我們都有請櫃台幫忙裝水，這在歐洲真的很方便，謝謝飯店為環保盡的一份心力！”
