“Clean”

“The ice machine on my floor was not working, which was inconvenient, and the sink drain in my bathroom didn't function properly (held water). Other than that it was fine.”

“Really great stay. Great location. Clean and great staff!! The exhaust fan in our room 217 Tahiti needs replacing it is so so loud and mold/mildew is present. The coffee in the lobby near check in was out of commission part of our trip when my daughter went to get coffee Friday morning. View was great! Only one pkg of coffee for our room with 4 people staying. ”

“When you opened the door the smell of Weed was strong. Which is not unusual for area but was strong the whole time. We checked out a day early because the bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. This would be a great affordable hotel if it was taken care of better. There’s no reason the carpet should have huge stains in it, vents covered in dust and holes in the wall. I would definitely spend a little extra money and find somewhere better. ”

“I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. We were told we had 30 minutes to……
