“The overnight gentleman was very nice and helpful. The next morning was when all the terrible stuff started at about 7 am when the construction crew started nailing and working on the outside of the hotel. At 8 we were awakened again by the maid vacuuming the room next door to ours with what seemed like the loudest vacuum ever. Now the mattress was from the 90’s and no fitted sheets on it. There was only one outlet in the bathroom which was being used for the really cool lighted mirror but my……

“Clean room Friendly staff Very pet friendly WiFi did not work in the room TV and available stations was not good No fruit and not much of a breakfast at all. Lake view was awesome ”

“The cabins at one point were very beautiful but, has not had maintenance for many years. We were in cabin 6 which has many steps to go down to get to cabin. Steps have not been maintained and are crooked, stanting, etc. The railing to hang onto was very rickety and not sturdy at all. The wallpaper was peeling in many spots in the upper bathroom. It looked like they had tried to glue it down but wasn't sticking. Cobwebs in many of the corners.”

“The waffle maker didn't work and there wasn't enough waffle mix. Cranberry juice was mostly water. Parking was good. Evening staff member was great. Room was good but a little dark. ”

“Had reserved a 3 day stay 7 months prior, reached destination, and motel was closed and under remodel for appartments. was a very busy weekend and hard to find a substitute.”
