A couple of items to improve, better directions to locate the property once you get close, and a book with some details on the property- checkout details, areas of interest near by, TV instructions, WiFi…. “We made the reservation through Expedia, everything went through the right way, we arrived happy, the door was opened, we were getting installed l, a guy told us in rude way that we had to leave, that we couldn’t be there. I show him the reservation and the payment, and he told us that my car didn’t go trough and we had to leave. “This house had plenty of room for our families, with two full bathrooms, comfortable beds, and decor made it easy to settle in. The kitchen was well equipped, though we ended up enjoying several of the restaurants in the area instead of cooking. The large fenced-in backyard was perfect for our sister's dog, and the two outdoor gathering areas gave us great places to relax together. The location was convenient to everything in the Crosby-Ironton area, and the mountain biker in our group loved……

“We rented this cabin for a week, because my family needed a quiet place to stay during and after the death and funeral of my father. The problems were: 1. No instructions were given beforehand on how to access the cabin, so I had to call Vrbo, who had to call the owner, who forgot I was checking in that day. 2. There was only a small window air conditioner unit in one bedroom, but the rest of the house was sitting at 84 degrees! Placed another call to Vrbo, who called the owner of the……
