“Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. The breakfast food was outdated and poor breakfast. The access to the building was open all night. I would……

“Very clean, looked new. Checking in was frustrating, I didn’t get the email with code and room number so had to call to get all that, the lady was very patient and nice. After we got it figured out it was fine but very strange with no management on the property. I had to call about the WiFi password. But it did work. The shower was very hard to adjust the temp. Only two K-cups, we were there for 3 days. The next day I was able to ask a room cleaner for some more coffee and towels, towels……
