“The property is right in the middle of everything which is so convenient!! Me and my youngest daughter stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it! We went shopping, ate at a few of the local restaurants, rode the train to Chicago, and went to the beach! It is an older hotel so there's no elevator so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here, staff was great and the place was clean!! We will be back!! ”

“Not bad. We enjoyed the price. Husband liked the breakfast. The place was clean as it could be with being in a beach town. We slept well and felt safe. Pool was kind of cloudy so we just didn’t swim in it. The mirrors were cool in the rooms! There were air tight covers on both the box springs and the mattresses which is one thing I look for at every hotel when looking for bugs, so that was good! Everywhere should have those! Overall it was a good experience. The lady at the front desk was really……

“Eveyone was pleasant. Clean and stocked everything regularly. We did see a rat outside the building by the garbage can while sitting outside. Inside was clean. ”

“The room was very clean and the ved was extremely comfortable. I loved the view of the lake and the balcony was just big enough for me to do yoga in the morning. Some of the interior could use some replacements and renovations, but it was comfortable and affordable. ”

“The hotel was a little off the beaten path but it wasn’t too crowded and the room we stayed in was very nice it was a two room suite and very quiet and clean we have stayed in many other high end hotels that were nowhere as nice as this one for half the price ”
