“Extremely slow front desk check-in. The whole hotel smells like smoke even on a so-called non-smoking floor. A resort fee twice for a one night stay.”

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

“Breakfast was low on protein other than yogurt and cream cheese. Coffee was good.”

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“Walking in, the smell was strong chlorine and … something else. Not sure if they were trying to “hide” other odors. We were greeted by two men. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. Kudos to both men: the younger showing much patience (I assume) and the older for willingness to learn something new. It was a little unnerving to hear a language I……
