“Front desk staff that I encountered during my stay were fabulous, but hey went out of their way to accommodate the request. I apologize for not remembering their names individually but I’m sure they remember me and my service dog Kai (GSD)”

“The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. ”

“I will not stay here again. The place looks run down, and people were smoking weed outside the door as they came into the hotel.”

“It was nice to stay in a brand new hotel. We didn't have any issues. The only area of opportunity and growth is getting a commercial sized air freshener/purifier. Because it is pet friendly you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Like a nice wet puppy. You can visibly see it was clean but the scent would discourage non-pet people. Super nice and in a great location.”

“Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back”
