“When making the reservation nothing was noted about property is under renovation. Always look for breakfast to make travel and stops easier. No breakfast, bag breakfast if you want. Apple and granola bars. Traveling with 2 grandkids so not what they wanted. First floor a wreck, 2nd floor had redone rooms.”

“Upon checking in there was no body soap in the container in the bathroom. Rooms are very small, with 4 people in the room. The breakfast in the morning was good.”

“Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking.”
