"The location of this Hotel is good for enjoying lake Balaton. There is a very expensive and a free beachfront that is in walk-in distance. The breakfast and the dinner is served in the hotel’s restaurant and both the food and the service is good. We had a second floor room without elevator. We had heavy luggages which we had to carry to the second floor without any help from the hotel. The room had a nice view. "The young lady at the reception desk was superb in her service. The restaurant was very adequate. A Service charge is added to the price of the meals, something I find a bit offensive because it assumes too much, I would leave more for a tip but the management made that decision for me. The rooms are clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is expensive but also adequate. The service is friendly. The coffee is great. We will stay there again."
