“The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you might want. Without exception, the team of people running the accommodation and the adjacent pub and restaurant were friendly, efficient and committed to making our stay enjoyable. We had both breakfast and evening meal in the pub restaurant - the breakfasts were good, and the quality of the evening meals was far better than we expected from this type of establishment.”

“The room was clean but the en-suite was old and dated. The bed was very comfortable and a fan was provided to help cool the room. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was also of a good quality and tasty with a good selection. The bar was good, typical of a town centre hotel bar.”

“Overall, good value for money. The family room we stayed in was a little dusty, and the hot water didn’t work in the basin, but that was all. The breakfast was good for the price, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My child left her jacket in the lobby, and the staff kindly found it and brought it to our room the next day, which was greatly appreciated. We were also pleased with the parking. Recommended for anyone travelling with a budget.”
