“Lovely location overlooking Cobo Bay, with sparking sand, crystal blue waters offering fabulous evening sunsets. Our room had a balcony on the front overlooking the bay which was lovely, the balcony is open to the adjacent rooms, we found it surprising that smoking was permitted on the balconies, which was not appreciated, but you find in Guernsey smoking outside in public areas seems to be permitted/the norm?! Staff are excellent, I cannot rate them highly enough… always smiley, happy,……

“A charming hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. A good place for a solo traveller. Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. Was glad I was warned about the lack of air conditioning, so I brought a small fan which I needed despite being able to leave the French windows to my balcony open. The choice of hot food at……

“Een prima hotel. We bleven hier twee nachten en in combinatie met het restaurant Le Local een perfect verblijf (gezellig en lekker). De receptie is maar beperkt bezet en daar buiten kun je wel binnen komen met code via SMS, maar die kwam bij ons niet binnen. Dat vroeg om even wat communicatie via een intercom. De kamer was ruim, schoon en volledig (zelfs koelkast). Prima bedden. Ook een prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Pieux is een kleine plaat, maar mooi centraal gelegen. Vlak aast het hotel een……

“Just had a wonderful seven day break at driftwood inn Guernsey the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent The whole hotel was very clean The room was airy clean and kept clean on a daily basis and we had a wonderful Seaview definitely recommend and definitely going to book a again”

“Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegenes hübsches Hotel mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen.”

“Neat, tidy and spacious rooms with free full breakfast provided. In view that there is no air-conditioning in the room and guests must open the windows to get fresh air, the only drawback is that the windows are not fitted with mosquito screens.”
