Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. “We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is extremely charming and is absolutely fantastic: Absolutely central in the city with almost everything within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious and so quiet. We couldn't hear any other guests during our three nights stay. The location is perfect just a short walk from the lake, the ferry terminal, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s ideal for exploring the city and the surrounding area.”
