“We had very high expectations for this place but unfortunately the place didn’t meet our expectations. We had a room with lots of water on the floor from the rain, a lot of mosquitoes and a small net for the bed. And we had a bad experience listening to the lady in charge of cooking and her partner engaging in sexual activities while we were at the restaurant waiting to order some dinner, she showed up afterwards wearing her nightgown without even washing her hands and that was very……
“Un lugar súper céntrico en Estelí, súper limpio; no se escuchaban ruidos y las personas que trabajan ahí, súper amables. El desayuno estaba incluido y fueron amables al pedir recomendaciones acerca del lugar. Se los recomiendo muchísimo; vale la pena el dinero invertido.”
“My stay was very short. So Isabel arranged a tour of the things I told her I wanted to see. She and the staff provided fast an friendly service. I had a wonderful time there and hope to return when I have more time.”
“The staff limited, the owner hotel was there, it was drunk, no water in the room, air conditioning wasn’t good either, I was supposed stay 2 nights, I left the day before, no one was there, I called Expedia to make former complaint, the whole experience was bad I will never stay here again.”
