There was even a cigarette burn on the comforter. The towel looked like they were from three decades ago and were not big enough to cover a toddler. “The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed……

“The floor had been mopped but had dirty streaks on the floor- we had to remop, the dish washer had dirty dishes and it stunk when we were ready to use it, so we washed by hand all week, the apartment was dusty, and the deck had cigarette butts all over it and was dirty. Staff was not prompt about bring us extra towels- they left 4 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes for a week. Day 2- the person welcomed us , I asked for towels and they had them delivered from target to our door. Also the……
