“The actual hotel was super clean and nice, but what really made the experience was the friendliness of the staff. Especially the front desk staff the night we checked in. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was not super clean. Multiple hairs in the bathroom and the ceiling in the shower was damaged from a prior leak (and not fixed).”

“Right off the interstate in an area surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and other stores. Numerous restaurants within a mile or less. Very quiet hotel. Staff extremely polite, check-in fast. Breakfast Buffett is usual foods, but fresh and good selection. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms are very nice and updated. Hardwood floors. Would definitely stay again solo or with family. ”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until……

“Well, we asked the person at the front desk about a good place for supper but she didn’t know what we meant by supper and didn’t know the area at all. However, she was friendly and nice, so it’s not her fault. They just need to pair staff that aren’t familiar with those who are.”
