"Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off"

"Everything about the hotel is amazing. I really had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff are so helpful and all my needs were attended to instantly. The breakfast was fantastic. I will stay at the hotel anytime I visit Kigali again. I rate the hotel 9/10."

"The room was wonderful both in style cleanliness and facilities. The staff in reception, room service, the restaurant and the bar were always ready to help with anything and with such charm and generosity. I found no fault in anything during my stay. "
