“It was the worst hotel Puri , most 3rd class hotel with very high rate . ”

“We’re cyclists from Australia and travelling the world. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“It was horrible.Sheets were filthy,walls were dirty,Kettle was smelling.Elevator very dirty.Bugs in room.we checked out in 6hrs and moved to hotel across the street.Staff was trying to be helpful.”

“Terrible hotel”

“Hotel was not aware of my booking , it took more than a hour to confirm the booking. Hotel dont have a kitchen or restaurant why it was not mentioned while doing the booking through hotels.com team. Hotel staff is very good. For food tea etc faced trouble. If i had booked this room directly had got it on a very cheaper rate then the hotels.com. due to information not given by hotel.com regarding not availability of kitchen at the property, face big problem. No wifi ”
