“Overall, this hotel is quite good. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is also nice. We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat. “Overall experience was fine. The room has some water leaking from the roof, i think that came from the air conditioner, so the carpet was wet all the time. My room was on the 2nd floor, close to the street, so it's a little noisy during the day time.”

When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone.
