“Location was great for beach, Highlands State Park and restaurants. Property however, was showing wear and condition. Plumbing fixtures dated and hard to use. Second bedroom had no blackout drapes. Also, listing was not clear that the unit is two floors with both baths and bedrooms on the lower level which required many trips up and down the stairs. ”

“Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy beach access. The beds and pillows were like lying on clouds. Golf cart was clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer was very clean. Dishwasher in good working order. Supplies were left for both as well as all necessary toiletries which was very nice! Large backyard, wood left for firepit. Corn hole boards.
