"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"Check in was difficult with staff’s limited English. We booked a suite but were given a standard room. The hotel was barely occupied and we showed our booking, but the staff was not helpful and rude. The breakfast was eggs only due to the low occupancy. The hotel itself is new, clean, conveniently located. "
