“We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. Rooms had bugs. The pool was not clean. Restaurant mediocre and does not cater well to western taste. Appalling experience, I am surprised Expedia continue to partner with them given the open……

“This place doesn’t have a leagal route of entry, you have to illegally take your car through back in a no entry street which by the way is against the law in order to reach on front entrance of this hotel , till midnight sounds of women and men talking and moving in the hallway were coming into the room , there was nothing to warm the room . Hotel.com marketing this kind of hotel is not good for hotel.coms reputation ”
