“Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”

“If you have any food allergies avoid this hotel chain. They have a food legend for each item. It has the food name and it’s supposed to contain the allergens in the food. The problem is that the allergy legend isn’t consistent. Half the time it says nothing only the item like “broccoli” and then you find out later that it does contain the allergen. As someone who is gluten free, after day 3 and finding out that the legend is not used properly, I was required to ask for chef assistance every……

“I was blown away with our stay in a treehouse suite. The structure is so unique, the views are amazing and having an outdoor yet enclosed shower is spiritual. I thought this resort would be more eco-friendly, in the sense, AC, electricity and water would be limited, however we still had all the comforts with the best experience. Thank you Ikal. The day beds on the beach, the pool, volleyball court and kids jungle gym were great additions. I didn't partake in the free yoga but looked expertly……
