“GREAT SERVICE, GREAT ATTENTION, EXCELENT BREAKFAST, STAFF PICK ME UP AT AIRPORT BECAUSE THERE IS NO TAXIS”

“Merci à la dame de la réception qui était très gentille et m’a beaucoup aider durant le séjour. Aussi l’hôtel est très bien mais un peu cher par rapport à Tulum Centre, et la plage peut parfois être rempli de sargasse cela dépendant de la saison malheureusement.”

“Staff was not very friendly, didn’t give me info about property or food accommodations even though it said breakfast included so I sat for over an hour to be told oh it doesn’t start till 9:30am then at 9:30 am still no one which after a day of travel I was starving and needed coffee. Considering I booked this stay due to breakfast being ready and not having it after an awful check in, random people knocking at my door at midnight, I could hear the couple in the room next door having sex because……

“No water service for two days ”

“Breakfast was scarce. Not much to offer and the man running the breakfast was extremely rude. We skipped they’re breakfast for those reasons and ate in town for a much more pleasurable experience seeing as we were on vacation. The main Pool had so much chlorine in it we only went in once it hurt skin/eyes. Our private rooftop pool was not clean. Pretty disappointing. The staff didn’t speak much English or pretended not to so there was not much to do but deal with this place while we were……

“La mayoría del personal muy desposta con los mexicano, todo es hacer filas, en la habitación solo dejan 2 litros de agua, no hay servicio a habitación, no puedes comer nada en la alberca y cuando te levantas todo los camastros ya están apartados, no hay libres ni personas usándolo, si quieres unas papas no puedes comerlas en la playa o en la alberca solo hay un restaurante snark, y para todo hay que ser fila, no hay personal que te atienda en la alberca o playa muy despacionada. Quería……

“Very disappointing stay I stayed at Casa Gitano after booking through Expedia. Our room had a serious bug problem with numerous insects inside. The bugs were everywhere on our clothes. The sink in our room was clogged, and staff had to come fix it. Shortly after, the hot water stopped working, and we were left having to use cold water. The pool was extremely dirty with sand and debris floating on the surface, and we were told it would take several days to clean, which they should have taken……
