“Property was very clean, but tired, pool was shut down because of algae blooms just before we arrived and then opened back up. Pepe was one of the activity directors! Great! They had free bikes. Rode bikes and walked into town a lot. Breakfast was always good. Need to control the birds better. They would eat your food if you weren’t sitting at the table.”

“Stayed 3 nights for my birthday and this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had while traveling. Rooms were clean, hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. My husband got sick in the middle of the night, needed a quick linen change and they were right on it. They gave us a courtesy call in the morning to check in to make sure he was ok and find out if he wanted to see the onsite doctor. The only thing I can say needed improvement was the drinks and the food at the Mexican……

“The room was good but had an issue with the bathroom faucet otherwise pretty standard. Mattresses were a bid stiff and not very comfortable but overall resort was great The food and options were plentiful and had a variety. Reservations for the Mexican Italian dinners were easy and we did also pay the $20 per person for the hibachi experience which was well worth it. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH and no extra costs for seating and umbrellas all included no extra cost for cabanas near pools either……
