“男旅行で宿泊しました。 とにかく広くて大きい3LDKの部屋を用意していただきました。トイレも合計３つ、シャワーも２つあり、大学生の旅行なのにラグジュアリー気分を味わえました。 冷蔵庫、アメニティ、キッチンすべて申し分なく、マッサージチェアもついていて最高でした。ダナン中心地からかなり離れていますが、grabはすぐ来るのでなにも問題ありませんでした。朝ごはんも美味しくて全てが最高でした”

“I had a booking in the hotel and when I reached there they told me that the room I booked was not available. They asked me to pay additionally for a different room. I have travelled so much and it was the first time I have encountered such situation. They made me wait until they sort out things. My suggestion for the hotel is to improve customer relation at front desk and hire employers who can atleast speak with a minimum of English language skills or use a translator.”

“Very small rooms, rooms were not cleaned while we stayed. Staff was excellent, food was not up to par.”
