"Rude welcome during check-in, unreasonable documents requested (not required in any other hotels or by governmental policies). Thin walls, the discussions that started 5 am in the morning in the room next door, we very loud. No proper Western breakfast, coffee was bad. - The hotel was brand-new, so all was nice in good conditions, still .... all-in-all was the team not trained, lost, unfriendly; it looks pretty much like a management problem. "The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The hotel is situated in the old town surrounded with old houses and buildings. Public transportation such as subway requires 15 minutes walking. The only plus side is the front desk staff. They are nice and helpful."
