“The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. The next room we were given the lights didn't work. An engineer came and fiddled about a bit inside and outside the room. Eventually with some fizzing the lights worked. “I stayed at Hotel Argana Agadir on an all-inclusive basis, but my experience was disappointing. There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel. In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these……

“On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as……
